An order is considered confirmed only after the initial deposit is received. Once confirmed, production will commence immediately based on the selected fabric and measurements.
For all custom curtain and blind orders, we follow a split payment structure:
Custom orders cannot be canceled once the fabric has been cut or processed. If a cancellation is requested before production begins, a processing fee may be deducted from the deposit.
Since our products are custom-made to your specific window sizes and requirements, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any manufacturing defects or installation errors, we will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
All motors and mechanical parts for blinds come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. This does not cover damages arising from misuse or accidents.
